I have bought this times but I've never given a review. I feel like the value and the size of the product is excellent. I used to only by edens gardens version until I found this one which was more value for your buck in works exactly the same if not stronger. I do feel like this 1 last a little bit longer in scent value then edens garden. I am a die heart fan and I won't have anything else in my house there are 3 girls and we all use this during our time of need. It helps with queasiness and pain relief. it is amazing and I recommend it to anyone who is having issues during their time of the month.

I always get cramps, and have to take ibuprofen and that only lightens them. This was my first time using PMS Relief, not only did I not get ANY cramps, I didnt even take any ibuprofen. Of course it could be a fluke, but Im a believer now.

I suffered from a very bad hormonal imbalance. You name it night sweats, mood swings etc. ive been using this since the beginning of April and ive seen nothing but results. Libido is back in tact as well 😉

It helps my PMS phycological symptoms. I used it with aroma diffuser pendant. I also used it as a massage oil, and maybe it also helped as an ache killer.

Blend smells great, very earthy - clary sage - which is very therapeutic for symptoms of PMS and cramps. Will purchase again .

I can't review the PMS relief part, but this oil has seriously helped my IBS like nothing else. I dilute it in sweet almond oil and rub it on my abdomen morning and night, and my IBS symptoms have almost cleared up, for a month and a half now. So, there's that. Plus, I actually don't mind the smell. It could be worse. I got used to it.
