Quality product
The product was delivered in time. It is a bit costly but good for cats having urinary stones. To be fed if prescribed by vets. My cat likes it.

My cat was suffering from urinary crystals. But after giving this food after research and other people’s experience, my cat totally healed in a month. Now no longer painful urine discharge. And no longer peeing around the house.

Hopefully stabilize my cat and help him live 😊
We currently only used it for 2 weeks. Bisquits are too big size. Makes it an issue to eat for my ginger cat with FLUDT and a mouth condition to eat them. As 50-90 % of all cats age 4 and older have dental issues it would be great if the size of bisquits also was on favor of letting it be easy for the cat to eat. It's difficult for my finger cat to eat due to size of bisquits and then I need to crush them a bit.... As I will not cut to 1/3 or half on every bisquit in the package 😅 I have 2 cats, mama 5yrs and her son 4 yrs. The male has FLUDT and need urinary s/o food to live. A few vets recommended Royal canine specifically. As my cats have access to food 24/7 they both get it, as consequences are bigger for the male to not have this diet than his mama to have this one. She LOVES it. Her son that needs is less fan and particularly the bisquits are too big for him to easily eat. That's a shame. Else I'm grateful that it will hopefully help make the fur love get more will again and stay stabile.

If product is returnable or not?
The product delivered was full of moisture and bad smell and the cat refused to eat. Have been using this product for a long time for my pet and this was the 9th order. This particular one delivered is bad. The product is classified as non-returnable? It’s expensive and what is to be done for it? Request resolution.
