Q: Has anyone been able to leave a teams call by touching the hang-up icon on the unit? So far for me the only way to end a teams call is via PC.

To enable the Remote Call Control Feature to answer/end calls directly from the speakerphone, make sure you target Microsoft Teams as your main soft phone either through our Hub Software for Desktop on settings or through Poly Lens. Make sure the USB dongle is plugged directly into your computer's USB port, avoiding using a docking station/splitter hub. Q: when it's wired to PC, does the speaker produce static sounds (like another brand that i have, which makes it unusable wired to pc)

The Poly sync 20+ should not produce static sound when connected to PC. If you have any additional concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 1-855-765-7878.

Q: If the built in charging cable breaks can it be replaced?

Hi! No, the cable is non-removable nor replaceable.

Q: Is it possible to dim the light bar when the device is on?

No, but it will turn off on its own after some time and light back only if there is some change like if you call or change volume.
