This is a great notebook to keep track of your workouts! It has plenty of space to separate each exercise and notes weights and reps. Also space for any specific notes you may need.

Good Layout - Useful Planner
The template this workout book incorporated was very useful. I didn't use it for very long because I found an app that I started using and ended up integrating into my workout regiment. With the app, it was easier to keep track of history (reps, weights, sets) and move forward using this historical information. It also gave you immediate feedback regarding the progress you were making. I like the layout of the Fitness Planner and it would be a good start to someone not willing to invest in an app which requires a subscription. It depends how serious the athelete is about recording their workouts with the intent of measuring their progress over time. I gave it 4-stars since it's a worthwhile investment but I sought the electronic solution through an app.

Just what I needed.
This is an excellent fitness planner. Very easy to use, lines for all exercises you do, boxes to fill in weights, number of reps, etc. Its so important to stay consistent, and to remember what you did in the last few workouts. When you went up on weights, how much, did you do all reps with each set on “heavy” days. I was keeping up on a spiral notebook. This is so much better.

Good simple, functional planner
I like this planner because it has some room in it for goals and measurements, and other than that it is pretty simple. You won't get lost in all of the other stuff some planners offer. It also has plenty of room for exercises and does up to 4 sets. I will purchase again when this one is filled up.

Used this all the time to help me stay on track and actually see a progression through my workouts. It’s also great to leave notes for yourself for the next session and it also keeps me on top of my schedule and writing it in fun colours keeps me motivated.
