This amberide holster is molded specifically for the Kimber Micro 9 and is easy to use. It can be used both for IWB or OWB, but not for the same draw. This was a left hand draw, so this will work IWB for left hand draw, but could be used OWB for a right hand draw. The clip is designed to lock well to the belt, but strong enough to clip directly to the pants for comfort if necessary. There is a bit of compromise if you do this, but the option is there. I'd recommend a belt none the less. The design seems smaller than others I have seen and this, for me, is better, as I've never been a fan of bulky. The Kydex material is smooth on the inside and textured on the outside, making this pretty comfortable to wear. There are 3 screws with an include hex head tool for adjustability, both in how smooth and easy the draw is, as well as the cant of the holster. For the pricing, I do recommend this product.

It’s a very nice holster, fits my pistol perfect. The issue I had was the holsters ability to stay on my belt. When I would draw, the entire holster would come off. It has to do with the angle of the bottom of belt clip. Other than that, it’s a top notch holster.

I already knew what I was getting in to with this holster but I have it a chance anyways.It said on the listing for the Kimber micro9 that it’s not compatible with any laser. I thought well maybe they are talking about a rail mounted laser, since mine is Intergrated into the grip I didn’t think it was an issue but it was. So I took my dremel and grinded out a groove to the bulge on the laser grip and now it locks in perfect. All it really needs is to be heated and bent a little more outwards and then it’ll fit the micro 9 with and without the lasergrip. Overall great product not docking points for the laser grip part.

I picked up the RH OWB model and am pretty happy with the comfort and retention and smooth edges that don’t feel like they’ll rub.My only criticism is the angle adjustment button feels like it is meant to de-holster for a draw and when pressed, the holster will detach from the belt clip and your Carry will remain inside the holster. I think I’d like to see a re-design to change the angle adjustment to ensure that when a user needs to draw, they won’t dust detach the holster instead.Overall, I’d say it’s a good value for the money and well enough made to meet most people’s needs but just needs a little more though put into the angle adjustment design.
