I’m so glad I found this serum. I use it everyday on my lashes and brows. I found it after I had been using a different lash serum that had a big name. It was very expensive, but I figured it would be worth it. It irritated the skin on my lashes and I reacted with two styes. While I was still using my my lashes began to all all fall out. My brow hairs also started falling out. It was a nightmare. I frantically began looking for something else without the hormones. I found this. I had no eye irritation at all. It did not work as quickly as the other one but I began to see great results at about the third and 4th week. By the second month my lashes and brows look lush and beautiful again. They also returned to their natural color. The other sterum had turned them a very dark brown, almost black color and they were very thick. My hair on my lashes and brows are light in color and fine in texture. This serum is affordable and sustainable. It gave me the natural results I wanted and saved my lashes. Thank you 🥰

UPDATE: The customer service department of the product has since reached out to me via email. They have been very understanding and generous regarding my experience with the product. While the product did not work for me, I increased my rating because of the great customer service they offer. I appreciate being treated like a customer and not just another number. So, (for me) 2 stars for the product, but 5 stars for the customer service. I had been using a different eyelash serum but read all the positive reviews for this one. So, I thought I'd give it a try. After several weeks, there was no noticeable change in the length of my lashes, so I ordered my previous product again, and started using this one on my eyebrows, since they are thinning. It's been a couple of months now and I've not noticed any significant new growth on my eyebrows either. I'm suspecting all the positive reviews were based on 'kick-backs' from the seller. Very disappointed frankly. My previous product took a long time to work, but it's still working great, and it's less expensive.

I have been using this lash serum every night since January 2023. It worked wonders and my lashes grew so long within just 5 weeks. So, I continued to use it every night and my lashes would stay long and luscious. However when I ordered a new tube in late August 2024, my lashes started going back to their original length. I figured it was just a defective tube. But I now believe they just fully changed the formula around this time. I have continued to order and use their lash serum every night in hopes that they could still possibly grow but they still remain the same length. It has to be that they have changed all of the tubes and no longer produce the original serum that I’ve loved since 2023. I’ve ordered countless amount of tubes since first discovering them, so it’s a shame that they had to do this to all of us. Their tubes also didn’t last long at all, about 4 to 5 weeks worth of nightly use in each tube. Which isn’t long all considering each one is $20. That’s about $250 spent on a last serum every year that does not work anymore. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since late August 2024 when I first noticed their tube wasn’t the same, but it’s just disappointed me and failed to properly grow my lashes like it used to. Was a waste of money and time every night. Will be looking for a new brand!

The following is my genuine endorsement of Eyelash Growth Serum. Hereafter, referred to as "EGS " I purchased the EGS on Amazon in January, 2022, but I just never got around to using it. I had seen Angie Baltis on TikTok, speaking about her adult daughter's very positive experience with the EGS after just six weeks. (I have found Angie has made some excellent, credible recommendations, so I lashed out and treated myself.) I began using the EGS consistently every day, since the middle of February, 2022. Fast-forward to today, March 23, 2022. I definitely see a visible difference in the length of my upper eyelashes. My adult daughter asked me just yesterday, how I get my lashes to look so long. I am so pleased! The new added length of my eyelashes, coupled with my black mascara, enhances my eyelashes' appearance, without looking fake. It is so easy to apply, but you must be faithful to your application regimen. Your eyelids must be clean, without any trace of old eyeliner or mascara. Apply one coat of EGS with the applicator brush along your lash line. Let it dry for a few seconds. Proceed to apply your usual eye makeup. Or, just leave your eyelids free of eye makeup. Do this routine everyday. I do it once a day, typically after I wash my face. I believe this EGS product is well-worth the price. I am so pleased. Try it for yourself!

I got this about two months ago and at one month I could tell a little bit of a difference, but now two months and my eyelashes look so much more healthy and fuller. My eyelashes kept falling out from wearing too much mascara, and now this happens much less, I have also taken a break from wearing mascara. It did exactly as I needed. This product will definitely do the job and it is even cheaper then many other serums, so its definitely not a waste of money.

I have used this product for a long time, and it was very effective, and I put it on an automatic delivery. However, lately, it has not worked as well.
