This assortment of springs is great. I have two lawnmowers where the springs to the idler rusted and need to be replaced. I simply shaped them out and I am good to go. It's a great value for my money for the variety of springs and the fit and size works on multiple mowers. The function great.

I didn't purchase to work on engines, but rather as springs for custom items such a Haunted Mansion door knocker mechanism, a skunk tube trap auto lift trap-trim indicator and countless other custom creations.One can never have enough springs and I like having them longer, with a higher degree of adjustability.

There are 5 sets of the same springs. Unless you make a living repairing small engines, this set will have more springs than even the best small engine will ever need because the engine will fail before you could use all of these. Don't know why companies try to sell you more than you need, other than pure greed, but HD, WM, CC, AMZN and all the big merchandisers are packaging things in multiples that you will never use these days. Stop that! Anyway, the one spring I needed worked. Too bad I had to buy all the others to get what I need. Like I said....greed. This is how we are harming the planet.
