It's convenient!
Only thing I don't like is the price considering the fact that it doesn't take much rough handling to fall apart. Me, I'm crafty. Dad's a Tech Mechanic, Mom's an Artist so when it popped apart the first time it was easy for ME to figure out how to put it back together. But if you're not mechanically inclined, you may not have the same experience I did. lol. But in terms of convenience and functionality, I love it! It's extremely helpful to be able to move where the pop socket is or just remove it entirely if need be for use with ringlights, tripods, and other phone mounts, etc. So, so far, I dig it! I can just see it having a short lifespan if you don't use it carefully when moving/ removing it! 🤗 #✌️❤️🤝👊 @ani_r_u.0akley *UPDATE 08/30/24* Sturdier than expected! Has held up well! The plastic of the pop socket itself gets grimy and browned pretty quick but if you want you can put different pop sockets on it so eventually that's what I'll probably do. Overall a great item so far though!

Provides a good grip & reduces palm pain & I think these are being phased out for the magnetic type
Received the periwinkle version today & it seems to fit my Ghostek case on my Pixel 5a5g nicely. I thought this was a curved grip but it is a 90 degree angle (square grip) where my phone case is rounded such that my case does not extend in to the corners but it seems to be holding well so far. Now it does not slide easily & I think the best bet is to leave it be. I needed this because I get palm pain from holding my phone (which I think was at least partially from statins). Now because of the side buttons on my phone, I have to place it fairly low on my phone so it still will work as a stand if set horizontal (off center) but it does not function as a stand vertically. It would if I put it lower but it is on there nice & tight so I don't want to fool with it I really like it so far as I am not gripping my phone hard anymore. I have large hands for a woman & wear a large or extra large glove & sometimes even a mens large as I don't like gloves tight. So I have avoided the phone attachments with rings & straps. I am putting the socket part between my index & middle fingers. This does make it easier to hold the phone in your non-dominant hand when your dominant hand needs a break. Now I just posted a question about the warranty. I am not clear on if it is 90 days or 3 years. The print is too tiny for me to read but I was able to make that out. If this seems to be holding up I am going to order another one because the phone grips are going magnetic. The periwinkle color looks real nice on a black phone (my case is transparent smoke) & suitable for a man or woman I am very interested in seeing the seller reply to my posted warranty inquiry. I do wonder if the white/clear version which they claim is curved would fit even better but I read the clear part yellows & that version costs a little more too. I will update if the periwinkle is not holding up but I am not going to remove it or slide it & hopefully wont drop it. Now I see they have another iwhite one for sale with a white popsocket that I am going to buy & I will report back what shape the grip is. If it fits I will keep it for a back up. If you have arthritis in your fingers or hands or wrists you need this if you can get one to fit your case.

detailed breakdown
I am a heavy and clumsy phone user I purchased this because the classic sticky backs kept failing too soon after purchase Longevity: lasted from october to june - 8 months Pros: -just as customizable as classic pops -adjustable position/totally removable -lasted over 3x as long as the classic stickies usually last me -easy application cons: -sometimes creaky where the plastic rubs, i would dab some lotion into the joints now and then -takes up more space over phone case -If holding phone by pop alone and the edge was pushed forward at an angle it could occasionally pop off. this did not happen often but caused some drops! User error, accessory downside :( decay: The plastic must have gotten tired because two of the thinner components broke down within a week of each other -an interior prong that allows the accessory to open and fit phones broke and destabilized the grip (non-critical failure) -the pop lock broke (critical failure) keep in mind this is after EIGHT MONTHS of hard daily use. I will be buying again!

Very cheaply made
What medicine was excited to try it out was hard to get out of the packaging and I noticed it one of the slides on the back was snapped as soon as I got it out of the package I don't know if it's because of the removal of the cardboard and the plastic sheet that's in there or not me have already been broken unsure. Disappointed hopes would be better quality

Works for a while.
Update 3/10: since I last wrote the review the pop grip definitely stopped working. The sides stretched out to much eventually it no longer gripped into the case itself. I tried snapping the pop grip to see if it would latch or snap on to the case better but essentially the bands weren’t stretchy enough and the round part of the grip snapped broken. Would it fit for a while? Yes if you don’t move it but that defeats the whole purpose of the pop grip. I will however look for another pop grip for the specific phone type ( iPhone 12 max pro) or something similar since I do need it for navigation and what not. I loved that this pop grip is universal to the iPhone generation. I was a bit hesitant on buying it because I wasn’t sure if it would fit the new iPhone 12 Pro Max but it did. It’s pretty sturdy so it doesn’t come off easily. I have an otter box case on it and still managed to use the pop grip with no issues. The only thing is, that I can’t slide it up and down as easily, but I don’t mind that since I like my pop grip in one spot.

Cheap Plastic, too small to fit with a phone case. Rubber bands come off if stretched too far.
Google Pixel 9xl = Will not fit, will not clip over the top of any phone case. If I used this without a case it would clip over the front and would stay on. With a case it just grips with the rubber band strength, the ends are too short. I still tried to use it this way. Worked for about a month. The bands started to come off, so I had to push them back in over and over. This phone isn't that big and the wings needed to be fully out to fit. Also, one of the "handles" on the wings just cracked which makes it non functional. Also, be careful because if it doesn't go around and clip on to the front of your phone you will get a phone dropped in your face if looking at it in a laying down position. This is Way too much money for a cheap piece of plastic that doesn't work with any phone case. Who leaves their phone out and raw like that?
