Is usb-c port compatible with dp alt mode?

Yes one of the usb c ports works as dp alt. The monitor has no battery. So when you do not plug the monitor to a wall port with the other usb c port for charging it with power it self from the computer or phone. Doesnt draw to much power tho my phone runs it pretty steady without draining to much battery.

is there a way to control the brightness? that control is gray & inaccessible.
