Has anyone attached this to a flat screen on a table top mount? Does it get in the way of the mount hardware?

How do these actually attach to a tv? do your tv’s have anchor/screw points already? i don’t see anything like that on the back of my older tv.

Can I use this to secure a tall bookcase to the ceiling? I want to use it as a room divider so it won’t be against the wall.

I understand the tv can not tip forward but can it still tip backwards using these straps?
