Just what I was looking for

So close to great. This is a very useful power strip, but the outlet covers really get in the way if you don't have a basic plug. I had to remove the entire outlet cover to get some of my wider plugs (like the ones for inflatable displays) to fit. Also, the stake is a little clumsy because once you hammer the stake into the ground, you have to screw the power strip onto the stake, which is difficult (especially in cold weather when the cord is stiff) because you have to spin it *and* the cord.

I like the size of this post and the fact that it has six outlets. It size makes it rather discrete so that it is not so obvious in the landscape. It is perfect for me as I have so few exterior outlets.

Doesn't have an on off switch so you have to unplug it from the outlet to turn off lights. Poor design.

I have my outdoor Xmas lights connected to this one extension cord

My outdoor power outlet is opposite to my front entrance, between mine & my neighbors townhouse garage doors. In the previous 5 years the outlet location has resulted in my purposely planning how I run the Christmas lights so that I can plug in lights end to end to run Christmas lights for my front entrance railing so I finally decided to buy this powered outlet extension cord. I installed from the outdoor outlet and, then attached it to the garage door framing using cable clips to bring the 3 power outlets right to my front entrance. I especially appreciated that the cord was flexible (not stiff) which made it easy to attach around the garage and, .its absolutely perfect for lighting up my front entrance for Christmas.

Bought this so I could hook a series of Christmas lights together outside in SW Ontario. Held up great, even when covered in snow for several days. The spike is well made and they give you a replacement which is greatly appreciated.

The cable and plugs feel high quality and work well though the spike part that goes into the ground feels a little flimsy and could break easily. Which is concerning as it does require force to push into the ground.
