Q: Are these cards 100 % plastic

No! Although, they feel like plastic the cards just have a good covering. All plastic cards are called Kem cards and I'm not sure they are sold now.

Q: who is a spplier for contract bridge name tags

If you just want name tags go to one of the paper or office supply stores. If you want tallies, make them yourself. It's easy and you can create seasonal and reusable ones....save a tree.

Q: can you purchase these cards in boxes

Generally they come wrapped in cellophane. Some of the more expensive sets may come in boxes, but these cards are usually just left in the boards for the next game.
