I have been using this since 18-04-25. Although Swarn Jal offers an extra warranty for posting a review, but this is my genuine review. The device overall is very good because the features it offers at this price are quite amazing.You can always know how much water is in the tank through the device. The light keeps blinking at intervals—yes, it might consume a bit more battery, but this feature is great. As soon as the red light appears, the device gives an alarm to fill the tank, which solves the issue of the tank running completely empty.Also, if the wire ever breaks, there's no need to climb up—the device below indicates it with a purple light, which is an excellent feature.Overall, I would give this product 5 stars.Thanks to Swarn Jal.

It was easy to install the sensor probes on the tank. The instructions provided are very intuitive.The only annoying part of this product is the unbearable high-pitched Whining alarm buzzers. To make it worse, there are two buzzers. I opened the product and cut the connecting wires to one of the buzzers. The other buzzer is soldered to the PCB. This one I couldn't desolder so I destroyed the top part of the buzzer so that it doesnt make any sound.After removing these buzzers, this works well as a visual level indicator without the annoying alarmUpdate: 31 Mar 2024 The green probe used to indicate tank full stopped working within three monthsUpdate 1 May 2024 I Put in a new Sensor probe and it stopped working after 5 days.

What a perfect product. After using so many months, I just ask everyone to buy this. Installation easy and Everything explained so well.

Very easy to install and working as intended without much headache. The length of thebprobe wires are perfect and suitable for most 1000 ltr tanks, and hence there is no need to cut and extend those wires. Only the wires between the sensor box and the battery unit is required to be cut and joined with linger wires. The water level indication is accurate and easy to read. The alarm has good enough volume to be noticed in the entire house. Overall, very nice product.

Installation simple. Hope the double sided sticking tape holds.DAY 2 : SYSTEM FAILED. GIVEE FALSE SIGNAL. SEEMS LIKE ANY MOISTURE ON PROBE/ SENSOR GIVES A MISREADING ?Will wait to see how long the battery lasts.
