Best value, great quality
This buy was a great deal with quick shipping and easy assembly. I am a grandmother who was looking for a chair that could function for a desk and support long periods of gaming that included movable arms. This chair was really simple to assemble, I did use a little elbow grease to tighten the bolts but it only had a few parts to put together. The best part is the comfort. Of course I don't sit in the chair to study or game but in comparison to some very expensive gaming and office chairs previously used by my grandson he says this is amazingly comfortable and better than the others. The chair has solid lumbar support for extended sitting. The arms move easily but not too easily, there isn't a struggle to move them up or down making it easy to scoot under a desk or gaming table. Seriously, if you're looking for a very reasonably priced comfortable chair this is the one to buy. Enjoy.

Quality and Comfort at an Affordable Price
I spent a long time searching for a chair that had good reviews, would be comfy enough for an 8 hour day and that wouldn’t break the bank. This chair is it!!! It arrived early and with the straightforward instructions it only took me (a young woman) 15 minutes to assemble on my own. Not only does the mesh make it so your back doesn’t heat up but it also makes it a stylish edition to any home office. Comfort wise it is just the right amount of padding so that it’s not to hard or to soft making it perfect for an 8 hour shift. I also like that it allows for you to lean back. The final feature that sold me was that the arms can flip up too making it more versatile no matter your desk size or height. So if you are looking for a quality office chair that won’t break the bank. This is the chair for you!

A pretty good chair
I bought this chair while mulling a custom Herman Miller Aeron chair (which I ended up buying and is the most comfortable office chair I’ve ever sat in) and as long as you aren’t sitting in it all day, it will suffice. My only real gripe is that you can feel the bolts in the seat after a time, but the ergonomics and build feel more solid than I expected. If you’re older (I’m 60), if you have any hip or spine issues, or if you have fleeting back issues there are better options out there for you. And if you’re particularly crafty/handy you might find a foam that insulates your sits bones better than the foam in this chair does. I’m 5’2” and other than the seat of this chair it fits me perfectly and is comfortable for a while. It’s a sliver of the price of the fully loaded Aeron, I had hoped to avoid spending the money on the Aeron but am glad I did, in the end.

An incredible chair at an incredible price!
Here's some context before I get into the actual review... My entire condo is white, black, and grey themed with an overwhelming majority of our household furniture, appliances, and decors landing in the white/black space. I had to replace a several year old desk chair that I had also purchased on Amazon because the hydraulics went out and the color of the chair no longer matched our new "aesthetic". The price of the chair was under $100, so I was eager to find a similar product in that similar price point, but it had to be white/black to match our theme. My desk is also white, so I wanted to find something that would go well with the desk too. I must have lucked out, because I managed to snag the white-colored version of this product before they no longer had it available as of this review. It looks like the only options - as of the time of this review - are black and white with colored mesh in several different colorways. I feel bad for future buyers because the white chair with the black mesh is arguably the best looking one. The quality of the chair is solid, the product is beautiful, the price was competitive to similar looking chairs, and it was so easy to build. Honestly, I think it took me less than 30 minutes and didn't even use the manual. If you don't mind the lack of a white color variant, this is still a no-brainer purchase when compared to the other options in the ~$100 price range. I don't think I'll need to buy a replacement unit for a while, but if for some reason I do, this would be an insta-buy as long as they have a white/black colorway when (or if) that time comes. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Customer Service is responsive and first rate.
First, let me state that this chair is very comfortable and perfect for my work needs. This review, however, is not about the chair per se; it is to acknowledge the prompt and valuable help given to me by the company's customer service department. I bought this chair a little over a year ago and had no basic problems with it until quite recently, when the mechanism for raising and lowering the seat failed. I like a high perch when I work at my desk, and I suddenly found my seat sinking all the way down shortly after I raised it. My weight is well below the load-bearing limit of the chair, so I knew that there had to be a fault in the piston or the locking mechanism. I was aware that I was just outside the one-year warrantee period and that I could not expect to return the chair or claim replacement parts. But I'm relatively handy and I enjoy tinkering with things if they need fine-tuning or fixing, so I contacted Kerdom and asked if someone might help me to repair the chair on my own. I knew it was a crapshoot and that Kerdom had no formal obligation to help me other than reinforcing customer goodwill. Nonetheless, I got a very quick response to my inquiry from customer service and, within a few days, an email saying that they would send me a new part to replace the deflective one. Again, they did not have to do this and I was already planning a clunky but functional workaround if they decided not to pitch in and help. Generally speaking, I have had few products purchased on Amazon fail on me. But I've read enough reviews here to realize that even the best of products sometimes slip through quality control and go out with defective parts. I haven't yet gotten out my tools to replace the old elevating mechanism with the new one, but I'm pretty confident, given the relative rarity of product failures I've experienced, that the re-fitted chair will work fine. (Should it not, I will certainly revisit this review.) But I would be remiss if I did not recognize, before all else, the support given me by Kerdom's customer service personnel, who went beyond what they were obliged to do to help me restore my desk chair to full functionality.

Very happy with this chair - highly recommend
I am 72 and retired, but I still spend and hour or more per day on my PC at home. I was sitting on a dining chair, but I was slouching forward and my neck and back started to hurt. Does it have all the bells and whistles of a pricier chair? Nope, but it meets my needs. It's a solid, comfortable chair that supports my lower back, was reasonably priced, and looks good. As for the assembly, I don't know why some manufacturers' instructions leave out some simple helpful tips for buyers that they should know will occur, but in my case, I did fine until I got to attaching the seat to the back via the arms. I attached the arms to the back per the instructions, leaving some slack in the screws, but trying to line up the screws to attach to the seat was an extremely frustrating and fruitless effort. (I am embarrased to admit that I scared the cat out of the room with my cursing.) So I unscrewed the arms from the back of the chair and attached them to the seat bottom which was soooo much easier than the recommended way. Then I attached the arms to the back of the chair with minimal effort. Oh, I forgot to mention that I gave up on using the allen wrench once I got to this phase of the assembly and used a drill with a bit that fit the screws so the cat would not be premanently traumatized by my foul language. As I sit here in my new chair, I am using correct posture, and feeling pretty proud of myself for not having to ask my better half to use his muscles to complete the assembly.

Affordable, easy to assemble and adjustable arm rests are a huge plus
Been working from home a lot lately and decided to get this chair for my work station area. Pros: 1. It was easy for me to assemble (by myself); took me about 40 or so minutes, the instructions were pretty clear and straightforward. I guess it should be really quick if two people are involved. 2. Affordability for what it offers: I like the breathable mesh back, the adjustable arm rests (lets me rest my arms in various positions, and can be folded up to push into a desk), has wheels, swivels, seat can be height adjusted, and reclines back to some extent. Cons: 1. Really wish there was away to recline the seat forward or back, depending on the need- but at this price range, I am not complaining about this- can probably get a back cushion later on. 2. The seat is comfortable but it feels a bit uncomfortable (for me) after more than 2 hours sitting on it- but it's something I expected actually with any of these office chair- bought an ergonomic cool gel seat cushion, and problem solved!

Comfy, supportive, and beautiful color but damaged
The back has a rip in it right out of the box. This is very disappointing and the reason for only three stars. I would have given five stars because it was so easy to put together and the instructions were super easy to follow. The color is spot on and beautiful. The seat is firm and comfortable to me. The back support is great, and it easily adjusts the support needed. It adjusts height easily. I will reach out to the company but probably won’t return it due to time constraints and inconvenience.
