Raw and organic black peper. Very natural. When you use this I do not think you want to buy the grounded ones in store.

Chunky.
I'm going to be generous in giving a 4 star because I don't believe I can give this a really informed evaluation as it didn't turn out how I wanted/expected when I grinded it out of the shaker. I used it on scrambled eggs and it ruined them for me and 2 of the 3 kids as it was chunky and didn't grind well, but I don't know which product is to blame. It tastes like you expect pepper to taste like though. I think I might stick with ground pepper instead of whole.

Arrived Opened
This listing offers a very generous amount of black peppercorn for the price. It comes in a large container that has both a pour and shake spout option, but I got this specifically to use in one of my grinder mills. The peppercorns smelled amazingly potent, but unfortunately I was not comfortable using or tasting the peppercorns because my container arrived with the freshness seal peeled open. Due to this, and all the madness in the world currently, I do not trust using an opened food product so I cannot properly give my full honest opinion of it. I can, however, tell you that the peppercorns are beautiful looking, have great texture and ground up easily in my mill. Hopefully yours arrives unopened and you get to enjoy these beautiful peppercorns!
