Don't look any where else, this is the best Tortilla/pita bread press that I ever used, in fact the Rolls-Royce of tortilla presses, it is beautifully made, beautiful natural wood with a very nice engraving on the top that adds an artistic look, the wood is heavy in weight which helped allot while using the press as it was very easy to press the dough, the hinges are heavy duty food grade stainless steel and very well made, they even thought of how to open the press after applying it by providing an area with finger groove to open it, I think this unit will last a life time and I loved the way it looks that I keep it on my wooden table to complement it, buy with confidence and you wont regret it

It makes great tortillas and empanadas. Easy to clean. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Works good. Comes out a little thickier than my liking, but I just take a rolling pin to make it thinner.

This a beautiful press, the craftsmanship is very good. I loved the design and ease of use. I did not keep because the press is slightly uneven. This can be overcome by pressing the tortilla turning it 180 degrees so not that big of a deal. However, I already own a tortilla press with similar issue and was hoping not to have to do that. When buying a press in person, you always have to check for an even closing to ensure your tortillas don’t come out uneven. This is important because if not even the tortilla does not cook properly (they don’t bubble up as easy) Anyhow, I wanted to keep. This product is beautiful but it didn’t change my situation.

The original order showed up and the latches were unable to be screwed in and broken so I returned that one and replaced it with another one that showed up and it was broken again so one star

Works well. Worth the money.
