Received today. One only goes through 3 functions. Is that normal?

Do you mean that the right side button with the power symbol only cycles through three modes? Both my headlamps have 6 functions on the right side button and 2 functions on the left side motion sensor button.

If we have no electricity will it take regular batteries?

No.must charge the battery. It only takes about 15 mins to charge after using for 2 hours.

Are they 1100 lumens each one?

They appear to be 1100 lumens each… very very very bright…. Almost blinding. Worth the purchase.

Do these headlamps have a feature to prevent inadvertent "on" mode, while in a backpack?

Hello, as long as you don't press the button, the light will not turn on.
