Love the sleeve
I like that you don't microwave the outside cover. It slides in after hearing. It is soft, comfortable and fits well. My eyes feel moist to the touch after I use it. I have been using it about 10 min per day for a week to try and open up my oil glands on my eye.

Its better than a rag
Better than a rag but gets very very hot, after 4 uses will break open and have little beads everywhere :(

I loved that it’s quick, 20 seconds in the microwave! It made me feel so much better. I’m using it for dry eyes and it definitely relieved it last night. I also use a mask at night and drops.
