Leider ist der Deckel nicht (immer) dicht, egal wie fest ich ihn nach dem Reinigen zusammenschraube. Mal sind es nur einzelne Tropfen, aber leider immer wieder der komplette Inhalt, der ausläuft, wenn er nicht aufrecht steht. Das ist nicht der Sinn, dieses Bechers. Positiv: Er hält lange warm, komplett zu reinigen (darum 2 Sterne) Negativ: Um sicher zu gehen, dass nichts daneben geht, immer aufrecht transportieren!

I have loved everything I've gotten from Klean Kanteen. The little pop-out handle is convenient, and snugs away when you're ready to sip. The little twist-lock on top is very clean and easy to make sure is actuated. The piece of the lid you're meant to sip from is also gently spout-shaped, which makes it perfect for pouring into a traditional mug after I've used this thing to transport coffee from home to work.

Best travel mug hands down, have been using Klean Kanteen for a long time! This was a gift and it is well loved in both households

I still have the previous version of this in the 12 ounce container, with the threads on the outside, and hence slightly larger cap. Putting the threads on the inside with a slightly smaller and more compact cap leads to less heat loss and a cleaner look. The length of time that things stay hot is noticeable. I was actually a bit shocked that the tea I made for work at 7 am and drink a bit throughout the day was still hot at 3 pm. Really excellent quality, and like the previous version it is very leak resistant, although I haven't tested it being held upside down and shaken for hours or anything like that. But it does get banged around a little and tipped occasionally, and there have been no leaks or spills.
