I used to drink a pot of coffee per day, before that I used to drink 2-3 energy drinks per day. These pills give me the same level of energy as the aforementioned activities without the jitters or feeling anxious. Just to be certain I wasn't experiencing placebo effects I went off the pills and switched back to coffee. Right away I was feeling nervous and jittery and my thought patterns seemed cloudy. After a day of this I drank plenty of water to flush my system and began taking these pills again. Not only do these pills give me a constant flow of energy without the crash, I have noticed an extreme level of focus. My thought patterns are clearer and my productivity has increased tremendously as opposed to using caffeine or sugar supplements. Personally I take 2 in the morning when I first wake up, around 5:45am-6:15am, and take a third pill no later than 12pm if I need another kick. I drink on average 96-120oz of water per day, and I do not drink soda or sugary juices and teas during the day. If I take these pills too late in the day, then I usually wake up in the middle of the night fully alert and unable to fall asleep again. I wouldn't recommend taking these within 6-8 hours of your bed time. Having said all of that I would recommend these over anything for people who need all-day energy without the jitters. I am pleasantly surprised! I was using a different product for my caffeine intake (I work very early in the morning) to get myself going. The other stuff was ok... but this is FANTASTIC! It gets to work quickly, no jitters, lasts many hours. I am focused and not at all nodding off... On my next order, I will become a subscriber to get this every month! Ever heard of niacin flush? Yeah, neither had I. The photo is about 20 minutes after I took the recommended serving of two capsules in the morning before eating. I started to feel hot at first, then my face was burning. I looked in the mirror and the sunburn look extended down my face and neck, shoulders and in the crook of my elbows. I was terrified! I thought I was having an allergic reaction and immediately took some Benadryl. I consulted Dr. Google and found out that high doses of niacin cause a sunburn-like rash but it doesn’t last more than a few hours. I was supposed to head into work in the next 20 mins but ended up calling in sick. I looked like a steamed lobster for two hours and felt like a bag of garbage on the comedown probably from the Benadryl as well. I couldn’t rest because my heart was racing due to the caffeine content. Apparently a high dose of niacin is over 500 mg. These pills are supposed to have 50 mg or less per two pill serving. I figured the quality control at the factory is way, way off. I may be sensitive to niacin however, I have taken weight loss type pills before and this has honestly never happened to me. Bottom line, avoid these pills. If the niacin content is off, who knows what else is?

I only take 1 because two is too strong and it makes me super anxious. When first taking it it makes me nauseous and unsettles my stomach. Ginger helps with this. Then I have to eat or I get really weak, which I don’t know why that happens, maybe it’s making me burn energy. It makes me hot and sweaty too. While it gives me energy in the morning near the end of the day it makes my mind race and then I start getting anxious. While I don’t feel jittery it does make me super alert and when I try to nap to sleep it off I can’t sleep. I find that going on a walk helps. I think it’ll be a good pre workout but don’t take it alone if you are gonna do nothing all day. It made me pee a lot upon first taking it which I’m not sure if it’s a good or bad thing. Scale says the same weight but I do notice that my fat isn’t as firm as it used to be and I do look to be less bloated. It will probably be best to eat foods that keep you fuller for longer like protein. When I take this I feel like I am digesting food faster than normal. One good thing I noticed is that my back pain (gallbladder) feels less tense. I’m gonna just start taking it when I go to the gym, hopefully that works better.

I’m 49 , premenopausal so as most women know this means being exhausted all the time . I’m 57 & experience fatigue; bought for energy & appetite control. 1-pill is enough. Gave me extreme energy. So, thinking 1-more was better; I took another. Don’t do what I did; made me jittery & paranoid.

I’ve been using this product for years, I only take 1 dose in the morning with food and don’t feel hungry throughout the day. It’s a strong appetite suppressant. Doesn’t feel jittery but I wouldn’t use later in the day to avoid sleeping issues. I prefer this black version compared to the red and blue versions, these are gel caps and easy to swallow.
