Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 Silicone Cover with Strap - Official Samsung Case - Navy

The support bar across the back of the strap broke within 3 months. Without this, the strap is largely useless. Samsung would not refund or replace. Very poor piece of kit, made worse by appalling customer service. When purchasing from the Amazon Samsung store, you have to go directly to Samsung customer service, which is awful (had a 17 hour waiting list at one point!!!). They told me outside of a 28-day window they would not refund or replace this case. So if you expect a case to last longer than 1 month, I suggest you look elsewhere. Especially as this is double or triple the price of other, better made, non-Samsung cases.Edited to say the case has just been reduced to £17 on the Samsung official website, presumably because so many people are complaining about how utterly awful the case is. Also, the Samsung site appear to be refusing to publish my negative review. Pathetic.

In this world you do get what you pay for and in this instance this is vey much the case.Solid case that fits securely to the Z flip allowing access to all the ports and buttons as expected. Very good "Grippy" rubber like material so feels secure in the hand with the additional benefit of the strap on the back which can be removed.I had previously owned the official leather case which is more expensive. However, that started to peel and fray. This case is well built and seems to be standing the test of time so far 2 months on.

I was so happy when I initially received my official Samsung Case . I waited ages for it to come back into stock. It fits beautifully and looks lovely on. That's where it ends though.I have only had the case 4 months and the small bar at the bottom that holds the strap in has snapped on the right side . The place you put your fingers through to hold the phone. The case is definitely not fit for purpose as its obviously too weak to use daily. For the high price I would expect it to last a lot longer. I've had pound shop cases last longer than this.There was no excessive force, nothing besides ordinary daily use . I don't have unusually large hands or fingers and it's not had any extra pressure exerted on it.I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone buying this case.Lot of money for a case that lasted only 4 months .

I bought this after first wasting money on a cheaper alternative. I got the case in blue with orange strap. It feels nice in the hand and appears to protect the phone well. FYI the phone can still lay flat when on a table with the metal tab pulled forward. Would recommend.

Firstly I bought the official leather case from Samsung but was getting slightly bored with the standard black look so decided to go for the more funky looking silicone with orange strap. When I put it on the phone the strap was annoying and really serves no purpose to be honest apart from stopping the phone from wireless charging it also makes the z flip more bulky and heavier and its even more slippy in the hands so I'm back with the leather case don't buy.

I dont know what more you want from a phone case. - it fits, it looks good, it protects my phone.I haven't used the stickers as didn't want to stick it to my phone but that hasn't caused any issue with its effectiveness

I love this case feels so soft and secure in the hand. Absolutely brilliant

Very nice looking and feeling case. Feels premium to go with the Flip3. You can put your fingers in the strap to comfortably hold the phone or carry the phone with the strap belt hook. The fit is snug and quality is decent.Bit pricey, but still, very happy.
