I really don't understand how the guy before me could give this book 1 star. If you have read Psychic Empowerment from these authors you know their caliber. This book is phenomenal!! It pretty much renders others obsolete. Not just back, but backed up by universary research, and Llewellyn himself with all of his lifetime's worth of experience in magick and the occult, he is one of the authors of this book! Which is clearly shown in his writing, truly a master. Say no more, this book is great, and one of the best one that I have ever read.

this is the most in depth book readers are likely to ever find. everything you could think of and wanted to know is in this book and it is packed with practical application, step by steps and practices to help you actually achieve experiance astral projection. the information on the science of astral projection is also very current. this is a large book, worth the money and jammed packed.

This will be 1 of 4 of the most important books I've read and will be used as a text book and refered to over and over.

Great book and exercises.

Great book!

Most inconcise book I've ever read. It goes around and around with indefinable words, and there's a plane for every conceivable notion. The glossary just takes you to more undefineable words and planes. And if you arnt already a mystic doctor in kabbalah, magic, chackras, Sanskrit, Buddhism and everything else then yer never leaving yer physical body ever. And if you are already a mystic doctor then you sure as hell don't need this book. What a ripoff! done

Some repetition if you've had other books of this kind from this company, but if you are looking for methods, suggestions, and experiments you can try, this one has that in spades.

Of the many books about Astral Projection that I have read, this is amoung the worst. Sure there are some useful techniques and useful info in there, but the vast majory is soooo boring and useless and I have no idea why the author feels that he needs to share it. There is not even a shiver of enthusiam or humor or emotion or engaging stories. It is soo dry and scientific, like reading the results of a scientific study.

First of all, this is a big book. I like the writing style as the writers *suggest* ideas rather than saying "this is the way it is, deal with it". I will freely admit that this book contains a lot of concepts and such that I don't understand yet but I've found that as I read on, I can get the feel for it. This is not a flimsy little book for someone interested in fluffy New Agey stuff. It is based on research and studies the writers have conducted and can at times require a lot of concentration to grasp the jargon etc. In conclusion, it's a great book and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is seriously interested in the topic. Would not recommend for someone with a vague interest looking for some light reading.

It has a LOT of info on out of body healing both for healing yourself and other people. I really like this book. First I read sections and now I'm reading it page by page. It will take a few readings to really grasp all the info. There are a LOT of really dull and not particularly helpful books on this topic so this large book was a Great Surprise. My only criticism is that it is a large book that I think could be better organized. I can't wait to try many of the techniques!
