This set of Kolinsky Travel brushes is perfect for traveling with sketchbooks and journals! The quality of the brushes is excellent, and the handles can be broken down into two pieces so they are half the size of a normal brush and they fit into a great little pouch that protects them and keeps them all together. This makes it a perfect size to carry in a pocket or purse for on the spur of the moment sketches. I literally "Don't Go Out Without Them!" In fact, I love them so much I have ordered multiple sets to gift to my Artist friends! I highly recommend them!

My favorite brushes for watercolor. Bought a second set as a backup from another seller and the difference in quality was very noticeable. Returned the second set the next day. This set hold is firm but soft, holds water, and feels balanced and weighty (in a good way) in the hand. I like that it comes with the case - I can even fit another smaller brush in the case. Will definitely buy again.

Nice set of travel brushes in a nice leather pouch. I’m happy with my purchase. The ferrule is solid - no wiggles. I like that the handle screws on vs snapping into place. These are soft hair brushes vs “snappy” and they hold a good bit of water but don’t have a super fine tip. The only negative I’ve noticed in my first couple sessions with them is that they have shed a few hairs. I’m hoping that will not continue long term.

These brushes are great for watercolor! I typically only use Princeton Aqua Elite brushes. These are so much easier for travel and hold water so well.

Arrived fast and safely. The quality is better than the expensive Davinci set I ordered from Germany. The brush quality is sharp and loads a lot of water and pigment. Very happy with these.

These are absolutely my best favorite brushes for sketching with W.C. pencils. You can throw them in your pocket, in your purse, cace or art box and never ruin the bristles, which are really kolinsky sable with good snap back and absorption. I received this early Spring but just using it now for Watercolor Painting. Thus far I'm liking this set, it takes getting used to, but each brushed (set of 4) is fairly descent. I like this better than the previous set I had because the actual handle each is "screw in" type, where you can actually tighten them. The older and previous set I had, also from Fuumuui, are just one of those "snug fit holes". But I had problems with them, that they were wobbly and I had to use pliers to tighten the extend handles. Or I just didn't used the extenders and just use as "short brushes". This set has "screw in" that you can easily tighten them. Thus far they don't wobble, only time will tell how good they are. The bristle thus far seems very good and maintained their sharp points and edges. I particularly loving the dagger and the flat brushes. I chose this set hoping to use them more on pleineair painting. I used to have Escoda set, but it broke my heart when I lost one of them, they're very expensive. But this set is NOT as comfortable as the Escoda and the Princeton Travel Sets; I still prefer them tho as I have them for years. They just feel lighter and ergonomically comfortable than these brushes or this Fuumuui Travel (screw-in) Set; these are heavier; I guess it's takes getting used to each of them. If you don't have any hand/fingers problems (anthritis or carpal tunnel), this would be fine. The bristle are good. But if weight is a factor for your hand, this set is NOT FOR YOU. Get and invest on the Princeton Travel setS (Neptune n Acqua Elite) instead, but note that Princeton is more than double the price ($52+) than this set ($22+ only). Happy Painting 🎨🖌

professional quality, collapsable, great for travel, and super great to use. with the addition of daniel smith watercolor tubes, it opened up a world of options! highly recommend.
