These are great for my 350 gallon hot tub and I went from adding chlorine every week to only every three weeks. I use a lot less other chemicals too.

Well, this is almost too good to be true, as the usual ones we buy are double the price. But one thing I’ve learned about using these sticks for years and years, is that if they don’t work..you’ll know it. I stopped using bromine in my hot tub with these mineral sticks and just add a little sprinkling of chlorine a few times a week . The other brand (NS) lasts me beyond 4 months, though I try and clean the hot tub and replace everything every 4 months. It’s really a maintenance free 4 months for me, no testing the water and no shock treatment. My hot tub is running 365 days a year in north Georgia. But like I said , when these don’t work, I know pretty quickly. It’s only happened once to me. So I’ll be installing this brand this week and I’ll be back for sure to update this review if there is any problem. Otherwise, it’s a tremendous deal!PS I’ve used blue ones also from Amazon, with good results. The color has no bearing on the product formulation.

First time using the sticks and after i put in last night. Opens the cover this am and the water is yellow tinted and not sure if that’s normal took a dip test of water and says all my other chemicals are balanced other then my bromine needed to be added.
