Mala de bordo de ótima qualidade. gostei muito pois não tem fecho. Porem quero reclamar que não veio as instruções para mudar a senha da tranca. Deveria ter mais informações sobre a troca de senha.

The maker claims Scratchproof material. But trust it is not at all... Just check the photos attached. It happened in one trip only. The airport ground staff handlers to be blamed but if we trust the brand the result should not be like this. Don't know if I can claim the warranty for this. Disappointed somehow. Updates: As expected. Maker as well as Amazon denied the warranty. So buying the cover to put on. No options.
