Why is this being delivered with a missing piece to the flooring? Numerous reviews state the same issue. It’s not a 15min assembly.

Do you have some pictures of how it comes packaged. I want to carry it on my luggage and flight with it.

You cannot carry this like luggage. It is meant to be for an outside cat.

How is this 2 story? The lid opens but how does that make another level??

The item shown does not have a second level. It is just a box with a hinged lid and a door in the front. Mine lasted 2 years in the weather, kept in sheltered area it will last much longer.
