My Clair air purifier has been running non-stop for over a year. It keeps my space noticeably crisp, fresh, and clean. Unfortunately my neighbor across the hall smells and it makes the hallway approach to my space a bit unpleasant at times. As soon as you open my door, you can tell how great the Clair works. It started working within 24-hours, and I was happily surprised. I've recommended this unit to many friends and guests and I recommend an air purifier of any kind if you are on the fence about one; it is wild that we trust our mechanical air systems to filter and clean our air, which they almost never do.There are many settings, but I typically leave it on the lowest or middle setting. The loudest it gets, at the highest setting, is way quieter than a fan. I've not had any rattling or issues of any kind. The colored lights work and alert you properly when, say, you've burnt your saffron rice in the kitchen, or you've decided to sand your cedar furniture indoors.The biggest downside is that a replacement filter, just one, costs $50. I see that a popular "Levoit" air purifier is selling well right now with a replacement filter cost of 2 for $35. That might be the better bet in the long run, but I can't dig too hard on this unit because of the success I've had with it. The original filter lasted me 12-months with a little cleaning here and there. Oh, and I think it looks very handsome!

The media could not be loaded. This is the best air purifier I’ve used so far. It’ small and doesn’t take up so much space. Even though it’s small, it is strong and works very well. It is also quiet and does not disturb my sleep at all. The mini bird that came up with the purifier looks super cute and makes the room smell nice. I placed it on my desk in my room and after using it for a couple of days, I can really tell the difference in the air. I am coughing less in the morning and makes my morning fresh. I 100% recommend this , it’s affordable, strong, quiet, and doesn’t take up a lot of space!

Think it does help keep the odors under control if it runs continuously. Couldn’t tell it was doing anything for the first 2 weeks . Still don’t know how you can tell ( no residue on any part of filter) . It is the only air cleaner design that actually looks like a chosen decorative addition with its urn shape and vent ribs - not to mention the cute little bird air freshener that you can perch on top( don’t know if I have opened it correctly , because I can’t really smell it on the room) hope it is doing its job because it is the only one I would consider leaving out in my rooms .

I bought this air purifier for my new moving in apartment; worried about the new building dusts and all those chemicals. It has simillar price range as other air purifiers and does same quality of work. It works perfectly as I expected.This is really light weighted and great for the interior; suitable in anywhere. The birdy has floral scent and it is also pleasant!Oh, the birdy in my place is flying around because my 18 month old baby loves it, and make her flying all the time. :P

I cannot recommend buying this. Not because it doesn't work or has any drawbacks. It's really great. However, you can't buy replacement filters. They are no longer available here on Amazon. And they are no longer available on the Clair America website. In fact, it looks like Clair America isn't really operating anymore. Very disappointing.

Update 4/25/24: I feel like I should get an award for how many of these air purifiers I’ve bought 😂 for myself I’ve now purchased three, bought one as a gift for a new home owner, and my dad bought one as a result of my high praise. Still would love to purchase a black one for my living room 🤞Original Review: Absolutely love this air purifier. I own many at this point, but I needed one that was quiet enough to be in a bathroom that’s essentially in the living room (why did they lay out our apartment like that 😂) and wouldn’t be making so much noise we couldn’t hear the tv. This thing is constantly on low and it’s absolutely amazing how I don’t notice it unless I’m in the bathroom right next to it. I also do feel like our apartment is noticeably fresher even with it running on low and not even in the main space.Note to the seller: please make these in black!! I’d really love to purchase another to keep on the other side of the living room. This is the only air purifier that’s actually aesthetically pleasing enough to have readily visible in this price range 😅

It’s really cute and I wish it worked. It didn’t work at all I’ve tried it in multiple outlets and nothing turns on.

I sleep with a sound machine and this product sounds better! I put it on the highest setting. It seems to do a nice job. I’m going to keep it at 5 stars but I don’t like that the green light on top is bright in the middle of the night. I am very light sensitive when I sleep so I have to cover it with a small opaque jar. And 1 replacement filter is $50! Although it was just on sale for $20. That’s expensive for a filter.
