Arlo Pro 2 camera and base station does not work as defined
i am using Arlo pro 2 camera and base station.i am not able to configure continuous recording and adding additional camera.i call support and call go to some country, they can not understand question and i have to repeat all details several times.they will put u on holed many times and come back with excuse that internet is slow, they are busy, where did u purchase, serial number. after giving all details twice, problem is not resolved.i created many tickets and no luck.this product does not work as expected.i wasted my time buying this product.

Works great for a little added security.
These cameras are great. My husband and I can access from our Android phones. Records for 7 days. Able to put 5 cameras per base. Surprising how many wildlife videos we record too.

Surge Protection and Cable Health
My old base station was fried by a lightening strike induced power surge. So #1: Please seriously consider buying yourself a good surge protector for all your electronic equipment. #2: I had a lot of trouble trying to get the new base station to connect with the Internet (the light on the front kept flashing orange). So I changed the cable from the base station to my smart modem and I also changed the port the base station was plugged into on the modem. This seems to have fixed the problem as it is all working fine now.

Bad device shipped.
Base didn’t work. Wire was broken, charger was vandalize.Not sure why this was even shipped to me.
