My endocrinologist recommended this product specifically and it's life changing in a very positive way. I had the symptoms fibromyalgia and cognitive brain 'fog' prior to taking Nordic Naturals Pro Omega 369. What a huge difference these make! I don't have difficulty swallowing pills although for those of you that do, I suggest taking them with a big gulp of a non-carbonated, cold beverage. It's worth it!!! I no longer have body aches, my mood has improved and I'm much more mentally focused. I also noticed I started looking younger since I started taking these so they may work at reducing or preventing wrinkles. This is an excellent product that is unquestionably worth the investment. Hay muchas opciones, pero sólo menos de 5 que cumplieron con lo que buscaba. En particular, encontrar uno que tenga una alta cantidad de los omegas 6 y 9 fue difícil. Lo malo del producto es su costo. Luego de revisar en varios sitios, aquí fue donde esta presentación estaba más barata. No se siente mucho el sabor a limón, pero al menos no provoca eructos y es fácil de tragar. El producto estaba en buenas condiciones y llegó en el tiempo prometido.

I LOVE this stuff, it's different because it has GLA from borage seed oil too. It's improved my depression a lot - I notice a difference when I miss a dose. Has also helped my joint pain and my skin.As a 5'5" / 130 lb female, I can only handle one pill per day. More gives me bile attacks and drops my blood pressure too much. (I have low BP and POTS.)
