I have only used this oil for its scent, by smelling it or by adding it to water to boil. I don't know about adding a couple of drops and drinking it. Sorry.

They are essential oils. This is a reliable brand.

Q: can this product be used in oil diffusers and/or as a scent in soy candle making?

It is best used inside a humidifier pointed near you if you want any scent at all and even then, it is quite limited to the area of effect. The scent is very fine as if you have a bag of mandarins in the room or similar citrus fruit. Very little smell is noticeable. It may not be good for a swamp cooler pump but It does carry a lot more scent into the air when added to the water that way. Soy candles wont absorb as much of the oil without a good solvent or emulsifier and even then, it will burn up most of the oil before you can smell it. Grapefruit oil and all citrus oil is highly flammable but burns clean enough it leaves very little or no smell like burning pure alcohol.
