These easy-to-take capsules are an excellent natural source of vitamins and nutrition for general health and wellness, and are a great way to give the body a sustainable boost in recovery from intensive physical training/sports. Having read up quite widely on various eating plans including primal, keto and paleo, the heath benefits of consuming organ meats including liver, heart and kidney are well understood. The problem lies with sourcing such ingredients and of course preparing meals using these food groups. These capsules taken as a supplement solve that problem. Adding to this advantage the beef ingredients are certified organic, sourced from British farms and produced in the UK. I was also happy to find that the capsules are contained in a dark glass jar which is recyclable rather than the usual abundance of environmentally unfriendly plastic. Would highly recommended to all age groups, definitely 5 stars for this outstanding product. Service was great with quick delivery.

This purchase of an organic, organ meat supplement containing liver, kidney, heart and beef was made as part of my new healthy lifestyle change. I eat all of the above anyway, always loved the taste, but sometimes a pain to cook right. Anyway, I thought the benefits to add this supplement to my daily supplement regime would only benefit me and so far it is all I thought it would be. Simple, effective and as easy as taking my vitamins, it can only benefit me in the long run. I have also started to realise that there is so much plastic about in supplements (I didn't think there was much choice), it was great to find a company that cares about this, glass bottle and aluminium lid, a great touch. I also like the fact that they try and support British industry by sourcing the beef that is used from these shores. Overall, exceptionally happy and it will become part of my daily routine for many years to come. Thanks Hirsch for creating a different option.

I am usually one to avoid supplements. But these came with high reviews from folks I respect. Pros - organic and grass fed source only; the company is hugely supportive of sustainable agriculture; product is regularly lab tested to insure optimal quality for optimal nutrition Cons - if the taste of organ meat bothers you, you may not like that you can taste these in burps lol! (I open the caps and thoroughly mix in a lot of macadamia butter...taste gone Why - As a keto-paleo eater who came late in life to this diet, I have a LOT of regeneration in my body to catch up on. Eating fresh organ meat has been great but supply has not been reliable. So, I gave in and tried these. Surprisingly quickly, both my spouse and I felt the difference. The biggest change that I am grateful for is that I am able to sleep deeply every night! an experience I have not had in decades. A review is no place to go into my personal health history, just saying, at 63, almost 64, the stellar quality of these supplements is outstanding! with a greater impact than expected. These are well worth the price and then some!

Great Laxative but as I don't need that the product is terrible.

I started taking these three months ago and they have helped tremendously with the symptoms I experienced from PMDD. I no longer experience period cramps whereas before I needed to take painkillers without fail to get through the first few days of my period. Perhaps it’s the iron and zinc from the beef organs that have helped alleviate this. I have also noticed a huge improvement in my overall mood and energy levels. I am able to function better during the Luteal phase of my cycle without the horrible depressive episodes and fatigue I used to experience. Taking these alongside Vit D, magnesium and omegas has been a game changer for my health.

I will preface this by saying everyone’s body is different…….Really wanted to like these and use it instead of my Whole Food multivitamin. Unfortunately did not notice any difference by the time I completed the bottle. I’ve now gone back to my multivitamin. Update: I must also give credit to their customer service which is amazing. After leaving my disappointed review, they reached out and apologised that their product didn’t meet my expectations and they are giving me a full refund. So you can buy with buy with confidence from this company.

I started taking these during the second half of my pregnancy, as I wanted to replace regular pregnancy multivits (full of synthetic vitamins) - which aren’t as bioavailable as the real stuff. And after reading a lot about vitamins and bioavailability, it’s clear that liver and organ meats are natures multivitamin. Since taking these supplements my energy has increased dramatically and have made my pregnancy easy and enjoyable compared to other pregnant ladies from my NCT class. *update* recently gave birth and was told my placenta was the healthiest looking the midwife had seen in a long time. i like to think these organ supplements helped.
