Why so expensive? I bought this at my local cvs store for 99 cents, same brand, icicle count and I live in Hawaii! Is it cause of shipping?

CVS and Ace Hardware now sells these for 1.29 in 2022. Of course I think part of the cost is shipping and part of the cost is this is America and people are trying to make money from people who will just buy it without price shipping.
