Powerful read with insight as to the ultimate and true plan for the Black race
Definite must read, must buy.Fascinating to see some of the principle fundamentals thought of my this man (Willie Lynch) being used today. Infact the said principles that he outlines serves as the basis by which Black people are being treated through out society.Break a brother don.. break him like you would a wild horse, and rob him of his manhood and family and true ideas and values. I am in the UK, and advertisements of couples rarely ever feature a Black man and woman. The Black man will almost always have a White woman by his side. Where are the families values of the Black people being represented on TV?

SHOCKING ... A MUST READ!!!
Willie Lynch, a British Slave owner travelled to America in 1712 to deliver a speech to other slave owners,to teach them 'cast iron' methods on how to control their African slaves.I was appalled to read how this odious man informed and encouraged his audience to enslave, humiliate or murderany black man or woman who wouldn't comply. Furthermore, his method on breaking the male slaveby debasing him in front of a female slave was a truly disturbing read.Sadly, people like Lynch have left a heartbreaking legacy that has divided people of colour to this day (Light skin - good, dark skin - bad).I have read many books on the horrors of slavery, but this is the first time that I've read about a man who had'rules' on how to control slaves, and then travel the globe to bragg about mastery and murder (remind you of anyone?).I note that one reveiwer, thought this whole episode with Lynch never really took place, and started out as some sortof joke ... some joke! I recommend that the reveiwer read about real heroics from the likes of Harriett Tubman,Nat Turner & Toussaint L'Ouverture, instead of trying to defend the indefensible.

interesting
There seems to be some speculation as to whether Willie lynch was real, however having read the book myself, one can see some of the effects prevalent in contemporary society, for example colourism among black people; Willie lynch instructs slave owners to create dissension amongst the slaves using several variables one of which included skin complexion; the setting of Light skinned slaves against dark skinned slaves, which is the literal foundation and origin of colour- ism.The letter further instructs that:"you must also have your white servants and overseers distrust all blacks"it is an undeniable fact that black people, especially black men, are frequently negatively stereotyped. In almost every setting one is looked upon with suspicion and stigmatised, be it in the workplace or wherever, just merely walking down the street causes anxiety to arises in passers by. Its pathetic.where did this attitude towards the black man originate from? Well White supremacy has done a fantastic job of deluding generation after generation of white people; they created the stereotypes and then they have the audacity to expect a black man to just fall into place, as if one has no will of ones own. After reading the book; now I believe that self love, self education, self acceptance, self esteem, self admiration self exaltation and self development, (especially of the intellect) should take preeminence over desires for further integration. It is unwise to seek to integrate with people that do not perceive, or respect black people as human beings, that why it is so easy for them to continuously violate human rights.

Bare bones and shocking!
It's hard to rate this book using this stars system for if one designates it as only one star it gives the impression that it was not a good read. If one rates it as five stars it conceivably would indicate you liked its text. Therefore, at first let me say that I am rating it with five stars, not because I "liked" its contents but because while it is quite shocking, it is concise, to the point, and informative! For me, that was enough to get all the stars available. The book is published with a date in 2014 but I know from reading the text that Lynch is not alive and was not alive in 2014. Whomever published the letter is either ashamed of the content or who, for some other reason, desires to keep their identity hidden from scrutiny because of it. One minor thing I learned from the letter is that "Lynching" is a term loosely used to refer to the hanging of a person but the book made it clear that it was a term coined to describe the manner that Willie Lynch taught white slavers to “make” (and I do mean "make" as in "create") and govern slaves by using the females, raping females to create even more slaves for economic profit, and deliberately preventing slaves from learning to read so they wouldn't learn the strategy the white man was using on them! The things he "taught" via this "letter" to slavers "way back when" that were being passed down from his superiors in the Monarchy, was something I will never forget! I will pass it down in my family with my own writing about that period of time (Commentary: On Improving The Black Experience) as soon as I can finish writing it, for these things are not generally a matter of record that is readily available. Things like banning the teaching about racism in public schools for fear of hurting the feelings of white students, using the very law that was intended to protect Blacks, Hispanics, and other minorities from discrimination by white folk. It's ironic to say the least.
