I have tried so many gluten free flours and use a variety of types for different items (baking, cooking etc). This is my go to for almost all of my cooking due to the best overall flavor, being organic, and ease of use. The only thing we haven't had good results with it in were pancakes but other than that we love this one and buy it all the time.

My granddaughter, daughter and I all are gluten free and have you used multiple different gluten-free flowers for baking and cooking etc. This is by far the best gluten-free flour I have ever used and it makes the best gluten-free pizza crust. The key is do not over kneed it. Just throw it on and a blob once it is mixed and it will be the best gluten-free pizza crust you have ever had! I have been gluten free for 8 years and I have not had a great pizza for 8 years until now!

We use this flour mix for most of our baking. It’s one of the only organic gluten free flour mixes. Great for pancakes, waffles, birthday cakes!! Very versatile. We bought the 6 pack & this lasts us about a whole month with many delicious meals !! The best deal I’ve seen on this flour is on Amazon

Update 06/11/21: While I still think this product is worth 5 stars, I have a definite problem with my latest shipment (2nd one I've gotten). They arrived June 6, 2021, and ALL have a "Best By" date of JULY 22, 2021. There is no way I can use 6 bags in about a month! Seriously????It looks like they're just trying to dump ones that are close to expiring.If that's how it's going to be from now on, then I will no longer buy from Amazon.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++The only flour blend I've found that doesn't have what I call the "gluten-free aftertaste". My family will now eat my gluten-free cookies...in fact, no one knows they're gluten-free unless I tell them...they just tell me the cookies are great.(I've tried King Arthur, Pamela's, various home-made blends, and others over the 10 years since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and all have had the "gluten-free aftertaste" -- but not this flour!)

Arrowhead Mills is my favorite gluten free flour. I find it's taste superior to all others I've tried, as well as it substitutes well when I use it in place of wheat flour. As someone that has suffered from severe gluten allergies for many years, I appreciate a great product I can depend on.

I have used a variety of GF flour mixes over the years. I was excited to try an organic option, and couldn’t wait to bake with this! However, everything I have tried to bake with this bread has turned out gummy, chewy, flat and sad. Dessert breads, cookies, even bagels- things that never turned out that way with other GF flour blends from other brands. I’m not sure what it is about this brand that causes this, but I’ve given it multiple tries and used different bags of the product to make sure it wasn’t just a bad batch. It lets me down every time. Sadly, cannot recommend this.

Best gluten free flour I've tried, and I've tried lots. A bit carby but you don't need much to thicken sauces, etc. Excellent product, great flavor and versatility.
