Is this the best Knee Braces brand? The quality of how?

I can’t tell you if it is the best knee brace but it is the most comfortable, supportive, and my favorite knee brace.

Does this slip on like a sock or does it have straps

Fits like a sock. It stays in place very well and I am very satisfied with it. Have worn it for 12 or more hours played rball and golf with it on.

What are the differences between this support and the Genutrain?

Both offer the same stability, however, the Sport Line is just optimized for sport by being more lightweight and more breathable. The knit has a different feel. The sports line is more for healthy athletes interested in performance, endurance, and staying in the game. The Genutrain is for patients who have pain, a medical condition, in rehab, in physical therapy, or doctor has recommended.
