This is really nice dust collector hose. It's quite robust, and very flexible.I was concerned it would not stretch to fit my fittings, but it works fine. The included 4-inch hose clamps are very convenient.The only nit is that the hose has a "left hand" thread.My black end fitting (shown in the picture) is designed with giant threads to screw into the hose by turning it to the right, as if screwing a bolt into a nut. This hose's winding is backwards.No matter. The hose is stretchy enough to fit over the threads. I suppose I could grind the fitting's threads off on a belt sander, but it wasn't necessary.The hose also stretched over the 4-in end of a 6"-to-4" air duct reducer I use to create a second vacuum path.I like the 10-foot length. Didn't have to buy a long piece and cut it.The hose screams quality. Way better than the fragile dryer duct I once employed. The spring is strong enough to resist collapsing under vacuum, yet agile enough to be positioned wherever I need it.I hope the clear PVC does not harden up and stiffen over the years as some plastics do.But for now, the hose is ideal.As my existing 4" hose is black, I may need to buy some more of this clear stuff to keep an eye on clogs.

That’s it, it is fairly thick (I’m new so I cannot compare to other products). It worked well for what I was using it for, and the thumbscrew fittings were fairly easy to use. It isn’t antistatic, so there’s that downside, but in my purchase decision, the antistatic hoses were not worth the dramatic price increase.

Well made, heavy duty and a great product all around

A very good value for the money, it works very well w/ my dust collector and my power tools. Now we'll see how long it holds up. It's not too stiff, which is important for me as I move the hose between power tools as I work. It seems to be fairly sturdy as well, so with a little care it should last many years.

This hose is much longer and lighter than the original hose on my old Craftsman yard vac. Honestly, my first thought upon opening the package was that it was too flexible to be durable enough to work, and I was going to have to buy the expensive version.Wrong! I've used it for 6 hours now sucking leaves and was very surprised how much better it works than the original, and for 1/3 the price! It's way longer, and significantly more flexible (especially when it's cool/cold out) making it easier to maneuver. It's very transparent, which turns out to be a huge benefit - you can see that the leaves aren't begin sucked up, and quickly find where the clog is. Then, since it's more flexible, it's very easy to compress and extend the hose around the clog to break the jam loose. I didn't need to remove the hose from the vac at all today, which made the job that much quicker.A very pleasant, and unexpected, surprise. Highly recommended for a yard vac!

I used this to connect the outlet of my Dewalt planer to the collection dust bag. Works great and the hose clamps are easy to use. Would recommend it for any flexible hose need.

I have this on my cyclone dust collectors. It is flexible and easy to move machines, even when cold (30s) in the garage. The plastic is a nice, heavy gauge that feels sturdy and like it will resist ripping and tearing. This is the second time I have bought this product; the first one I have had for 4 years and it has held up well. I needed a second to collect more dust from more places. Great product, highly recommend.

I've seen dust collector hoses going for much more and I've always wondered why. This Peachtree Woodworking Supply hose is fantastic - comes with two twist clamps, feels quite durable and is flexible enough for me in my mobile shop to be able to place my dust collector where I want and easily connect the hose to whatever tool I'm using. MUCH better than the vinyl 4" dryer hose that I had been using! Ha!

Bought for my dewalt 735 dust collection. Connect it to the planer with the POWERTEC 70149 flex cuff to 5 4 inch to 5 inch reducer to connect to the dust bag.I ended up trimming down the hose which was easy enough to do as I only needed a short portion for this set up.

Es mi primera experiencia con mangueras de 4''. Me sorprendio la calidad del producto, la cual se percibe en cuanto abres la caja. La he usado poco, pero estoy seguro que funcionará por mucho tiempo.
