The leaflet tells you it's the two buttons on the side.

changing the battery. The bell stopped working after 18 months. With a new battery it still does not work. Does it need resetting in some way please

I had the same problem a month ago with my door bell tried a new battery in bell push no success. pluged the bell chimes into a 13Amp socket and tested by pressing button on the side and found that chimes played. so came to the conclusion that bell push was at fault. A you could not buy a bell push on it's own had to purchase a complete new push and chimes. Hope that this helps.

Can this ring doorbell be given to a friend as a Christmas gift?

Well, I think there is no problem. It can play Christmas Carols and Animal Sounds, etc., my daughter loves it

Easy fix.

This was a great buy, really easy to fix to the outside of my house. The plug in has lots of tunes to choose from and has volume control too. I would buy this again.

Nice one......

Great item to replace a failed mains power doorbell without wrecking the place and faffing around trying to get tiny BT phone wires to stay in place in screw down connectors. Pretty simple to set up although you do have to work your way through all the amusing ring tones to get to something that won't send the dog into a flat spin! Worked first time out of the box. My only small criticism is that the bell rings after a power cut which of course always happens in the middle of the night....!
