I bought these mainly because I noticed that cayenne pepper helped relieve my menstrual cramps and I figured taking it in a capsule would be easier than pouring it in some water or trying to eat it in food. Cayenne has antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties and is a natural pain reliever, making it helpful for menstrual cramps. I started taking it a few days before I was due to start as well as during my cycle. I noticed a major difference!! I had a few aches here and there but it was no where near as painful as it normally was!! And that was only with one capsule, I probably could’ve taken another one. Now I’m not a doctor and I can only speak from my personal experience, but if you’re looking for a natural pain reliever then this could be worth a try!! Especially because it’s much healthier on your body than Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and other medications! :)I did personally have trouble swallowing it but I put it on a spoonful of pumpkin puree (since I had some on hand) and that made it so much easier. I’m sure you could do it with applesauce or pudding or something!

Those not used to hot foods or pepper start with one a day after lunch. Do for 30 days before taking 2 or you could feel pain I. Your chest. Took me 3 months to get used to it but now I could take two after each meal with no issues

even though it comes in a pill form, it is very strong and upsets my stomach (acid) had to stop taking it everyday, I get one in once and awhile with the help of pepto to cut the acid.
