This is a great printer, compact, looks good and very easy to set up, perfect for a home office.

The printer arrived well packaged and after removing the packaging I continued to set the printer up. There was no problem connecting it to the computer and other mobile devices. All in all very happy with money spent on this printer. The print quality is excellent.

Is there a fault finding schedule I have not discovered?

Could not get this machine to print. Despite spending 2 hours on the phone with a charming support engineer in Manilla the damn thing still didn’t print. HPSmart is not a user friendly app. HP need to do much more to make these printers workable. Don’t bother. I’m buying another brand instead

I was desperate to get it working inspite of a long lengthy phone call to there Help Centre in Manila but kept showing Error plus he made pay another £1.99 per month plus another £9.99 a months I already have a deal with HP I paid £49 on an old printer so I’m not happy

setting up the print is a problem it changes while printing a multi page jobPrinting on A4 it often only prints half a page and the other half on a second pageIt is extremely slow 4/5 minutes to print an A4Double sided page only works sometimes
