Love the shears
So handy to have in a rescue situation, the strap cutter is so sharp it cuts the belt like a hot knife through butter.. Thanks Leatherman, lives are saved on the daily with your products.

It’s a leatherman… enough said!
Every ERT captain at my work carries a set of these! They are worth every penny. They are well designed with so many tools all in one, and a quality that can only come from leatherman. I’ve had them for 4 months and unfortunately have had to use them in an emergency situation, they will in fact cut through Kevlar boots. The carrying case/ holster leaves some things to be desired. After 4 months of being worn on my belt daily the screw backed out and I lost the case along with the shears…

Handy to have
It is bigger than I thought it would be, they are full size shears when unfolded. The holster is functional but i find that it always feels like it’s not quite in the right spot, slightly awkward design.

There's no substitution for quality
I owned a $30 knock off of these for the past year and I decided I wanted a pair of the true Leatherman brand. Although the shape and size is consistent with the cheap ones, it was immediately obvious to me that the quality of meta and fittings were head and shoulders over any others. Designed for medical / first responder use, I find that these.are also perfect for camping and crafting as well. You might also enjoy showing off the glass breaker and ring cutter to friends you dont want to see as much of anymore.
