I went through the reviews and got this with much trust because of hard water but it made hair fall so evident and did not help in anyway. I've used this product for 6 months and within 6 months my hairfall had increased to such a level that It was so noticable.If you have hairfall because of hard water or borewell, than the only solution is to get a softner or change your water source. As for maintaining hair health than opt for a herbal shampoo from a well known brand like Indulekha or Kesha King. Even after switching the water source, my hairfall increased. It got better only after i switched shampoo. I could make out the difference from the very first wash .

I felt good while using this shampoo for the first time, but in later washes I noticed my hair drying out so badly. But my Hair fall is lil bit reduced, hair texture is only unmanageable.

It effectively cleanses the scalp, removes buildup, and leaves hair feeling softer and shinier.Also noticing reduction in hair fall over time.

Good for hair fall where water TDS level is high but for long hair it required more quantity of of shampoo and price is very high.

This is not hard water softener shampoo.
