Kindly understand that this is not a paid review but a genuine review by me as I have benefitted immensely from this product. Most of my disc have bulged out which has resulted in sciatica pain through my left leg. Before coming across this product I was using a hard mound shaped cushion and after many hours I used to get relief. After coming across this product I realised it is doing the same function as the cushion which I was using but relief is faster. Basically start using at the lowest setting first for 5-10 mins and if required increase setting to medium or top level as per your requirement. This product does the function of spine decompression similar to what a chiropractor would do. The relief that it gives is immense for my lower lumbar pain/disc bulges. Plus the acupuncture protrusions which the product has also helps. I have fallen asleep on top of this product. I have packed the space in between the curved top part and the bottom flat part........ meaning I have put cloth or cardboard padding in the empty/void space in between the top curve section and bottom flat section. This padding gives support to the top curved section and prevents it from buckling and in turn prevents the top section from breaking. So my advice is to put some padding in between the empty/void space to prevent the item from buckling under weight and increase it's lifespan. When you first start using you might find it uncomfortable as u are not used to it. But after using for 3-4 times you will get used to it and find relief. Basic idea is to press the item at the location where you have the pain which in turn will help you decompress your spine.

Well Could have been more relaxing, however very much relaxing when used optimally, use the flexibility to stretch as we need to not too high nor too low. Quality of the plastic is good.
