Great look but doesn't support 3 way bulbs
This product is not as well built as similar models I've experienced and it doesn't support 3 way bulbs. It does look great though.

Great construction wires needed to be better quality.
Product was fantastic in its construction. Frame and mechanism works great. The light and wires were cheap. I’d advise replacing with better quality. One of the two I ordered the wires pulled out while trying to set it up.

European wiring is a negative
Even on the internet it is more difficult finding a shade for European wired lamps. I bought an adapter with a standard harp which worked fine, however when I plugged in the lamp it didn't even work anyway! So I just re-wired it with a preferred standard socket and switch. Aesthetically I like the lamp very much.

They look very nice, however
They look very nice, however, what I discovered is they are set up for European style lamp shades. I had to go to Menards to buy parts and convert it to fit what's called a spider fitter lamp shade. Now I can buy all sorts of different lamp shades.
