The BEST!!
Either the keys were missing from the package, or I threw them out with the box( I AM over 64)! Regardless I contacted the Manufacturer via e-mail & had a response quickly. Glory & the Company were AWESOME, sending me an immediate replacement via THEIR cost. KUDOS & BLESSINGS!! Oh yeah... The lock is nice too! 😁

Works well and I appreciate the 3 keys
I did not have a door knob on my front door and instead it was a deadlock, so when I went to install this it took a little jiggling to get it to fit but it fit fine and it is such a blessing to have a doorknob that works, one that I can turn the tab and make it so it locks behind me without me needing my key and just walk out to my car and get inside it. It was super affordable and it is also nice to have an extra two keys for other sets (3 keys total). I highly recommend and will be repurchasing another two for my interior doors so I also have rooms that lock as well.

It's an ok Lock
these are not usually good for your front or back entry doors because they don’t fit the standard holes for the knobs. They work nice for interior standard doors such as bedroom, bathroom, garage doors, etc. For those purposes they are nice quality especially for the price.
