Mica Powder, Pearlescent Color Pigment - Art Set for Resin Epoxy - for Soap Making, Nail Polish, Lip Gloss, Eye Shadow, Slime & Candle (8 Color Metillic-Pigment)

I bought the package because of cost and to have them with crafts in the future. I never heard of mica powder until making lip balm for the first time, which was my initial intent, at least one of the colors. I had no idea what else I can use them at the time. I also put some colors in my lotion soaps. Recently I learned how to make resin and used the colors from this mica package. WOW! I loved how the colors in the resin came out! All of them were rich and gorgeous. I'm very new at resin making and I made many mistakes in the resin making, but the colors never disappointed me.

I like being able to choose the color that I want to use each time I turn a piece of wood from a tree we had cut down into a masterpiece.

I have used it in my candle mix and it is beautiful when the candle burns.

If there’s a color that wasn’t in the selection you can easily mix the colors to make that said color so very easy to make a new color also really works well with other mixing mediums but no matter what it’s gonna be like a very poorly shiny unless if you use another mixing color base to do it out …….The only gripe with this mica powder is that I think it take longer for my resin to cure underneath the lamb I haven’t test it out with a two-part resin yet and hopefully it doesn’t give me the same problem

Enough for a batch 1 loaf of soap (each color). I didn’t notice and effects when using I soap like ricing or speeding up of trace.Also great for coloring epoxy resin products.

Great variety of pigments and useful for beginners in art projects. They are metallic and very shiny, like loose eye shadow.They come labeled, easy to read and the bags they are in are sturdy and hold up well.Great for resin/ink/coating over paint. Does not show when mixed into acrylic paint.Overall, I'd buy it again. I dont expect I'll need to for a while though as the amounts are substantial.
