With hardly any competition, this charging pad works for a family of 4
I am flabbergasted by how few options there are for multiple phone/device charging pads. Do people not have families with wireless charging phones? We have a corner in the kitchen where the family charges their devices during family dinner, overnight, or just when we put our devices down. Now that all our phones can wirelessly charge, and a couple of us have AirPods... a wireless charging pad just makes sense over a USB C or Apple lightning cable for every single device (6+ for us). Plus, trusting teens with paying attention and plugging a USB C into the correct port or a Apple lightning is a crap shoot at best. After researching on various manufacture websites and sites like Amazon, it seems like you are either paying $150-$300 for a multi device charging pad (talking 2-3 phones, not 1 phone + 1 watch + 1 AirPod) from a well known company. There is only 1 such charging surface with 4 stars and under $50 on Amazon... that's this one, which is crazy to me. Anyway, rant over and addressing some actual features of the device. Pros: - Charges through phone cases - you don't need a Magsafe or super thin case like others. Even our "designer" cases charge just fine. - Thin charging pad seems to be the perfect size for 3 phones for us. Also charges AirPods as fast as a lightning cable (not as fast as USB C). - 1 cable & pad to replace 3 USB C and/or Lightning cables - absolutely great when you have a mix of current and prior generation phones/devices. - Charges up to the 24 watts (split among up to 3 devices, and maxes at 10w for 1 device) as stated. This is more than enough for most charging that families need, but won't provide the absolute fastest charging if you need that. Easily charges anything overnight and we can still use USB C or Lightning if we need a fast boost during the day. Cons: - We don't like the pattern on top of the charging pad... I would prefer a cleaner more elegant plain black with texture. The ZealSound branding and target charging areas are extremely cheap looking, but this is pretty much the only affordable option. Looks fine when charging items, looks cheap when empty. At least it is under a cabinet and people won't see it as much. - Only charges a total of 24w. Again, this is the only option and 24w across 3 devices is fine, but it would be nice to maximize the wireless charging. Again, we have a corner where we charge, so we still have USB C and Apple Lightning cables so guests can charge quickly, or we can when needed. In summary, this is a 5-star item for our family - primarily - due to a lack of competition. It accomplishes the task we bought it for and works well enough. We are hoping for more multi phone/device charging pad competition at some point in the $50 range (where are you Anker?), as $150+ is pretty crazy when single charging pads are $10-$30.

Absolutely love this triple wireless charging pad!!
This product is wonderful and convenient it has 3 separate charging spots for all of your wireless charging needs. We have android phones and it works perfectly with them. I ordered 2 of them and one had issues with the charging cord, but the seller was quick to respond to my issues. They were able to get the concern resolved quickly and a replacement sent. Overall it is a great product. I highly recommend it if your looking something to charge multiple electronics at once! 😀

Wireless charging pad
UPDATE: the charging pad has shopped working. When we place phones on the charging pad, the circle appears on the iPhone indicating it’s lined up and charging but it doesn’t charge. Two phones were on the charger over night and neither one were charged by the morning. This seems like a good charging pad. I’ve not used one before so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I do have to say the speed in which it charges seems to be inconsistent. Sometimes it feels like it charges fast, other times it seems to be a little slower. I thought it was just me but my husband noticed the same thing. I am able to charge my phone with the case on. The back of my phone does seem a little warm when I remove it from the charging pad but again, I’m not sure if that’s normal or not because I’ve never used wireless charging. It doesn’t take up a lot space and it is convenient to leave out. Overall, it appears to be a good charger.

Durable & Reliable. Just get one...or two like me!
TLDR: Bought 2 of the 3 device models back in 2020. I have put them through the wringer and they still work great. Worth buying. Long story: Getting ready to move for the second time since buying 2 of these chargers and my roommate was talking about how much they loved having one of them out in the living room. Figured I'd check if it was on sale for cyber monday so I could leave the one in the living room for him and they were sale! (yay for me!). Then when I saw the Amazon notification that I bought my original 2 way back in 2020, it was clear they have definitely earned a glowing review for surviving all they have with me. The Purpose: 10/10 As someone who loves to host and who also has ADHD (i.e. tends to set my phones and other things down in places and then forget where they are), I initially bought two of these 3 device chargers to have one by my bed and the other on the bar between my kitchen and living room. The intent of the later, was for guest to have a quick & easy place to charge their phones, and for myself, to have a naturally purposeful and logical place to hopefully set my phone down when out in the common area so as to lose track of it less often. For both of the goals, through 2 apartments and too many different phone and headphone and qi compatible devices to count over the last 2 years 10/10. Performance/Functionality: 9/10 As I stated at the beginning, I bought both in 2020 and they are still both working great at the end of 2023. They are used on a daily and nightly basis by varying generations of androids, iphones, airpods, and sony earbuds. The one con I could say, is they charge pretty slowly for todays standards but it appears the new generations have helped addressed that issue (I'll know for sure with my latest order). Otherwise, I have put these things through the wringer. I definitely would not recommend any of this of course, but these both have had food, water, wine and an assortment of other alcohols spilled on them. The have been accidental coasters for drinks, had every kind of cleaning product used on them and have had a ton of items set on them that have no business being set on them. All that with no negative effect to the charging. I've also brought one with me to travel and it definitely made life easier enough that I am buying another today just for travel. Customer Service: 10/10 I did go back through my emails as I vaguely remembered having an issue with one of them right after I purchased it and I did; one of them was not charging on just the right hand coil. However, I reached out the the company, explained the issue, and they sent me a replacement within 5 days (assuming based on our correspondence, because I don't remember that far back) and they followed up to make sure it was working correctly. 10/10

Exciting prospect but suboptimal results
I was excited to find this larger pad at what seemed like a reasonable price. Similarly large multi device charging pads are going for more than double at around $70 with some hitting $180 because they're wrapped in a bit of leather. At a glance, the vinyl wrap used looks nice but I quickly noticed it's pretty "lumpy". In my case, it seems a cable is running across the top of the pad at a bit of an angle, probably to connect the 3 coils to power, and the wrap is so thin, you can see that cable's outline on the top of the pad. This alone isn't a huge problem but, if you've got a case on your phone, it makes it hard to properly align the device for charging as it sort of "balances" on that cable so, 2 of the 3 charge spots won't work well for my phone and 1 of the 3 won't work well for my ear buds for example. Not a deal breaker cause I know which works for what but, for me, the point of a large pad like this is to almost drop anything anywhere and it just work. Another odd thing I noticed was that if I set a toy or cup on top of this pad, it makes a continuous clicking sound. I know this is not a coaster or travel caddy but, our cars have similar qi charging pads and when this sort of thing happens, no click. If my son puts a toy on it or something ends up there accidentally, it'd be good to know it won't be a big safety hazard. The click is probably it detecting something is on the pad, trying to send current, then realizing it won't receive and shutting off which probably happens with most chargers and is the right behavior but, that it keeps repeatedly engaging non-stop seems wrong. It also only does this on 1 of the 3 pads so, maybe it's just more audible on one due to some fault but there is some sort of inconsistency there. Pros. *Price is right *Slim, nice look to it *Using a barrel plug instead of USB-C or even micro makes getting the right amount of power to this easier Cons *Build quality seems spotty *Aligning to charge a bit of a hassle *Clicking sound on 1 of the pads of some concern

Wonderful, reliable charging pad…outstanding seller support!
I purchased this product to make it easier for myself and my sisters to charge our phones and tablets when we were in and out of the hospital so much with my mom…it felt constant, every 6 months a couple of years, then every two-three months, then every month she’d be there one-two weeks of the month until the end when she spent 21 days in the hospital’s Hospice unit. She had multiple health issues as she was in her 90’s. During my next to last stay in the hospital with her, I lost my cord. I looked and couldn’t find a replacement cord specifically for this charging pad, and didn’t know what specifications I need to replace the cord. I had had this charger for three years and loved it, but suddenly couldn’t use it. I contacted the seller through Amazon messaging, telling them the situation I was in and asked how to replace the cord, where I could purchase a new one. They went above and beyond to help me. Before I could check for a response from them, I was again in the hospital with my mom for the last time…my sisters and I didn’t leave her. She lasted 21 days…. A couple of days in, my husband came to the hospital, package in hand to give me. I was confused, I hadn’t ordered anything. I’d been too busy with momma. Nor had I been able to check to see if ZealSound had answered the message I sent a couple of days before mom landed back in the hospital. You can imagine the surprise and tears that came when I opened the package to find a complete replacement! Lol, I still tear up to this day! That was a year and a half ago that I received the replacement!! The people of ZealSound are good people, they have heart and take care of their customers. They definitely have a customer for life with me! With everything that happened with my mom, I’m ashamed to say I forgot to do a review for ZealSound and this product. I just re-found the message they had sent me telling me they were sending a replacement. So I immediately came here to the product page to sing their praises. They helped me during a very difficult time in my life…when they didn’t have to do anything, but they did! Their actions made it so much easier for my two sisters and I to keep our phones charged as well as our tablets so we could read when momma would drift off into sleep and we needed to stay quiet for her. We took turns sleeping so one of us was always awake should she need us. ZealSound’s product works wonderfully, I still use it! It charges my and my husband’s iPhones, my iPad and both of our Kindle fires. Obviously, we can only charge one tablet at a time, but we can charge both our phones at the same time. In the hospital, my two sisters and I could easily all charge our phones at the same time. I love my charging pad and recommend it to others. In fact, both my sister’s have since bought one.
