Made Seitan with it and worked well!
I bought this alongside vital wheat gluten to make seitan as a protein substitute. It is a pleasant flour to work with and definitely did it's job in making the seitan as it should be. I have yet to work it into any other recipes but I don't doubt that it will be great in those as well. If you make seitan or are looking for a good flour as a substitute to wheat/grain flour, then go for it!

Good source of plant-based protein
I used the contains of the bag one time. If they printed one or two suggested recipes on the bag, that would be appreciated. I now have some leftover, and I don’t know what to make with it.

Works great
I used the flour with some warm water and use the mixture as a homeopathic - tightening facial mask. Nice glow and it didn’t try out my combination skin.. Works great!

Great sub for vegans
We have a vegan in the house and used this in a recipe for vegan eggs. Worked very well in the recipe and the “eggs” were vegan approved!

Tastes good
Happy with the flavor although I do add a little seasoning when using it for GF pizza. Tasty crust!

price too high
the product was priced to high for such a little bag and it was a good product but not priced right.

Just No.
The flavor was horrible, I made a pizza w this and I could only eat the cheese and toppings. Maybe if I did a blend w another flour it would help, but I wouldn’t wast my money to test that theory out.
