Broken parts when delivered

It was easy to put together, but the axels on the wheels seem a bit flimsy. The cell phone holder was broken and the drink holder was broken when we took them out of the package. It was shipped in its original box and then in an Amazon box twice it’s size. No need for the Amazon box, and I think bouncing around in the bigger box may have broke the two items. Did not have a way to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts.It folds up nicely and has some adjustments for ease of use.
