I had the Niece staying over and wanted a fun, productive craft to do with her. So order this and she spent many hours enthralled in this kit and had something to take home with her at the end!

I was a little hesitant to buy this because of some bad reviews. But I’m glad I went ahead and did it anyway, because my daughter loves them! It seems like most complaints were about the mix not being liquid enough. That made it harder to pour the mix into the tube without it solidifying too quickly. I did not use the water method to heat the wax base. I used a heat gun and it made it a complete breeze! Definitely have to be careful with using a heat gun/tool. You can melt the spatula and measuring cup if you’re not careful. But I use a heat tool often, so I’m comfortable with it. Made mixing and pouring SO EASY. Such a fun project for my daughter!
