Not required to invest 700 - 800 rupees for learning period. simly buy this pencils and upgrade your skills these pencil are too best.my experience i used steadler mars lumograph and art line no need to compare both are best .but in budget and best and cheap cost art line this pencils are Best ever.my suggestion blindly go for it
